Whatever your story is, you owe it to yourself to check into a non-surgical medical breakthrough treatment for back and neck pain, sciatica or leg pain caused by bulging, degenerative, and herniated discs. If you are like many of my patients, like the ones that are hurting so bad, and have yet to get help, have yet to get answers, they often ask...

How Do My Spinal Discs & Back Get Bad?

This is quite a 'loaded' question and not one answer fits here, but quite simply put...major traumas can contribute to back problems, but for most it's the repetitive stress, wear and tear from our daily activities, constant sitting, and excessive bending, lifting, twisting from work, household duties, recreational activities.

When your discs are healthy they are like a "grape and over time the discs and joints in your spine tend to become weakened and compress the discs. Often during this process patients may not even experience pain.

As the bones get closer together the disc material will 'squeeze' (bulge/protrude) out. Over time the discs will lose water causing deterioration or degeneration, kind of like turning that "grape into a "raisin.

As the outer 1/3 of the disc fibers are damaged "hyper-innervation occurs and pain sensitive nerve ending called "nociceptors cause the entire disc to be painful where it may not have been before.

Documented Results! The pictures below are from a recent case. Along with 14 other published studies on non-surgical spinal decompression (NSSD), medical doctors have confirmed what patients have known all along, it WORKS!MRI images on the top shows a severe herniation compressing the left L5 nerve root. Post treatment MRI on the bottom reveals significant repair of the broken down disc, no evidence of the tear or herniation, only mild bulging present.

How Do The Treatments Work?

Non-surgical spinal decompression (NSSD) provides a gentle distraction (pulling) which can literally "un-smash" the discs and joints causing pain.

Patients describe treatment as a series of gentle pulls, holds, and releases, allowing for a relaxing treatment experience while most patients actually can sleep. The treatment reduces the pressure on the tissues causing pain while encouraging hydration, improved function, and allowing the healing process to occur.

Typically, a specialized strengthening and stabilization program is recommended to ensure optimal long lasting results. The frequency and length of the treatment program is specific to an individual's condition and can only be determined by a thorough evaluation of your condition by a qualified doctor.

Not everyone can qualify as a candidate for care. However, regardless of your condition or possibilities of helping, you will get an honest assessment.

Honest & Straight forward Approach!
Here is what Rosalyn Gonzales said after I told her I couldn't help her: " I appreciated your straight forward and honest assessment of my condition. Of course, I wanted help but I felt better knowing that you took your time and didn't rush me out the door like another number or that I wasn't important. Thanks for treating me like a real person."

Scientifically Proven Results!

Medical doctors at Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Stanford, and Duke University have confirmed what doctors in practice have known all along, the treatments work! In fact, Dr. John Leslie from Mayo Clinic revealed a 50% reduction of pain within two weeks and an overall success of 88.9% after a 6 week protocol.

Read what some of our patients have said after they have received the treatments themselves:

" I had been to two surgeons and one pain management doctor prior to coming in. I had tried therapy and exercises, both offering no relief for my pain. I was totally unable to continue any of the activities that I used to enjoy doing. The worst part was that I was unable to hold my grandchildren because of the pain it caused me. After only completing 6 decompression treatments, laser therapy treatments, and chiropractic adjustments at Dr. Singh's office, I was almost pain free. I was worried that I would never get rid of my neck and shoulder pain. I cannot thank the staff enough for what they have done for me. They are all the most caring and professional people I know." ~Jack M.

"I had spinal stenosis with severe pain in my lower back. I tried physical therapy and drugs prior to coming to Worthington Spine and Wellness Center, and had three physicians evaluate my condition. I started to feel much better as the treatments progressed and now have a much better quality of life because of the treatments. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Singh to anyone else suffering from the same symptoms I had." ~Jim C.
